Al the pendants are handmade from polymer clay. Hand-bathe our polymer clay artwork with warm, soapy water to clean the pendants.

THE BASE EARINGS

Al the base earrings are made from stainless steel. Caring for stainless steel jewelry is straightforward. Its resistance to tarnishing and corrosion means it requires minimal upkeep. Regular cleaning with mild soap and water, along with gentle use of a polishing cloth, will help maintain its shine.

Of course, we do hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if for some reason you have changed your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving your package.

Please note that you can only return the pendants and not the BASE earrings for hygiene reasons.

The return is at your own cost. For us to accept your return, the earrings need to be in their original state.

RETURNS

We sincerely hope you are delighted with your purchase. In the event that you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving your package.

Please note that returns are accepted only for pendants due to hygiene reasons; unfortunately, BASE earrings cannot be returned.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To process your return, the earrings must be in their original state.

WARRANTY

A legal warranty of 30 days applies to earrings and earring pendants.
